Pajara is the second most generous municipality on Fuerteventura in terms of beaches. Nudism is highly practicable in Pajara, but not as widely as in La Oliva. As a distinct feature, the beaches in Pajara are the largest on the entire island.

Morro de Potala

Nudist beach, windy, mild currents, sandy, incipiently developed (restaurants).

Tierra Dorada

Nudist beach, calm waves, sandy, undeveloped (though a snack bar can be spotted here); it is one of the largest beaches in Fuerteventura.

Las Coloradas

Nudist beach, windy, mild waves, sandy and pebbly, completely undeveloped; highly secluded (accessible only by foot).

Ajuy

Windy, strong currents, sandy and pebbly, incipiently developed (accessible by bus, restaurants).

Barlovento and Cofete

Nudist beaches, windy, strong currents, sandy, scarcely developed (parking, restaurants in Barlovento); the 2 beaches are located on the Jandia peninsula. They are separated by a rock conventionally called Islote and they fill a surface of about 14 kilometers: definitely, the largest stretch in Fuerteventura. Tourists are advised against bathing without taking caution.

Matas Blancas

Windy, mild waves, sandy and pebbly, incipiently developed (restaurants, lounge chairs); large beach (filling a surface of 1.5 kilometers).

La Pared

Windy, strong currents, sandy, undeveloped.

La Solapa

Windy, strong currents, sandy, undeveloped.

Ugan

Nudist beach, windy, strong currents, sandy with small lava stones, completely undeveloped.

La Lajita

Windy, calm waves, sandy and pebbly, undeveloped (but accessible by bus).

Butihondo

Nudist beach, windy, calm waves, sandy, highly developed (lounge chairs, facilities for the disabled, showers, police supervision, sleeping venues, restaurants, boat rental operator); 2 kilometers long.

Costa Calma

Calm waves, sandy, reasonably developed (lounge chairs, sleeping venues, restaurants, parking, and a play area); 2 kilometers long.

El Viejo Rey

Nudist beach, windy, strong currents, sandy, completely undeveloped; accessible only by special means of transport, ATVs, for instance.

Sotavento

Nudist beach, windy, mild waves, sandy, highly developed (accessible by bus, parking, lifeguards, police, lounge chairs, sleeping venues, restaurants, boat rental operator); excellent windsurfing conditions.
